Every trip home to Slovakia brings its own musical adventures, and this one was a great one. I had the privilege of joining Downtown Project to headline the annual Handlova Days Festival, one of the city's signature summer events.

The set was built around the music of Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan, two of the greatest to ever pick up a guitar, along with some original material. It's the kind of repertoire that demands everyone on stage bring their best, and this group absolutely delivered.
